They were very helpful when ordering and the items ordered arrived on time, and were exactly as described and pictured on the website, in fact they exceeded my expectations in size and quality of the pearls! The merchandising of the pearls is very good online and gives you a very accurate idea of what you can expect to receive. This is a luxury item purchase that I would prefer to do in person, but I can honestly say I would definitely puchase again from American Pearl because of the integrity and good customer service I experienced ordering and the quality and value of their merchandise.
