    Self-Service is an American Pearl’s way of providing our devoted customers with a safe method of fixing jewelry that requires fixing or re-string over time. Self-Service takes up to 7-10 business days to process and will be shipped back to customers depending on their delivery options. For upgrading please contact customer for pricing before processing your self-service request.

    Three Easy Steps to getting your Pearl Jewelry Repaired.

  • STEP ONE
    Select the appropriate Options for Repair or Upgrade and process your request and print out two copies of your Self Service Order. - If you do not have access to a printer please write down the Self-Service Order Number on a memo and include it in the package.

  • STEP TWO
    Pack the jewelry and one of the printed out Self-Service Order document carefully into a box and ship it to the following address and ATTN.
