30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% pleased with the pearls that you purchase from AMERICAN PEARL. It is our intention to supply you with the pearls that you truly want at the value you expect. It is for this reason that we offer you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee.

There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders. If within 30 days after you order from AMERICAN PEARL, you decide to return it for a full refund or an exchange, please call us at 800-847-3275 to get your return authorization code. When returning merchandise, please secure all merchandise in its original packaging. Please include the gift boxes with which your order was shipped as well as all accompanying materials. Also, please remember to insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price before shipping. All returns must arrive at American Pearl within 30 days from the order date.

Exemption to the 30 Days Return Policy are the Ring items sized smaller or larger then size 6. Please be advised that Rings that are sized are only returnable for store credit that can be used within a year of it's purchased date. American Pearl does not take responsibility for rings sized by customer's own Jeweller. To guarantee the safety and quality of the product please call us so that we may assist you. Custom orders are returnable for store credit only. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund for any returned order.

Repair exemption is as follows, all 'Mother of Pearl' items are now unrepairable if the item has lost it's Mother of Pearl pieces. Resetting is available only for jewelry without lost parts.

American Pearl guaranteed shipping time does not include the items production time. Production time of all products may vary from 24-48 hours. Additional time is required for customizations. For time sensitive orders please call in for an estimated time and request the order to be processed as soon as possible.
